Building Brands with a Clear Point of View

Strong brand identity is built on clarity, not volume. I lead the development of brand identities that articulate who a brand is, what it stands for, and how it shows up consistently across every touchpoint.

My work focuses on defining the emotional and cultural core of a brand—translating values into visual language, narrative systems, and behavioral cues that audiences recognize and trust. A clear identity gives teams confidence, allows brands to scale without dilution, and creates the foundation for meaningful connection

Building Narratives Through Connection

Great brands are built on feeling. I believe emotion is the root of action—and the strongest narratives are the ones that make people feel seen, understood, and connected. Every story I help shape starts with a human truth and an emotional promise, because connection is what turns attention into belief.

I oversee the development of cohesive brand platforms and storytelling systems across mediums, ensuring every touchpoint reinforces that emotional throughline. In close partnership with Strategy, Production, and Account leads, I translate cultural insight and audience behavior into narratives that resonate deeply while aligning with brand and business goals.

By holding a high bar for taste, craft, and design—and by pushing creative boundaries with intention—I help teams tell stories that don’t just communicate, but connect. Narrative clarity rooted in emotion is what allows large teams and ambitious accounts to move together, build trust, and create work that lasts.

360° Campaigns
One Story, Everywhere It Matters

A series of images showcasing Verizon's holiday marketing displays, store interiors, promotional signs, products, and digital content on mobile phones, tablets, and laptops, all featuring a red, green, and holiday-themed branding.

I lead 360° campaigns that move seamlessly across social, digital, experiential, editorial, paid, and owned channels—ensuring one cohesive narrative travels globally while adapting locally.
These campaigns are built with systems thinking: A strong central idea, Clear guardrails for execution & Space for platform-native expression.
This approach allows multiple teams, partners, and markets to move together—delivering work that feels ambitious, aligned, and culturally relevant at scale.

Brand campaigns as extensions of identity— not isolated moments

I design brand campaigns as extensions of identity—not isolated moments. Each campaign reinforces a brand’s emotional promise while responding to culture, audience behavior, and business goals.

By partnering closely with Strategy, Production, and Account leads, I ensure campaigns are:

  • Rooted in cultural insight and human truth

  • Executed with high standards of taste and craft

  • Flexible enough to live across platforms while remaining cohesive

AMERICAN REALITIES

STIEDL /// TIME MAGAZINE

There is no single archetype for America’s poor. According to the 2010 U.S. Census Bureau, 46 million Americans live below the poverty line, that’s the highest number since they started publishing poverty figures more than five decades ago. Economists and experts predict that number is rising. American Realities documents the lives of the people behind the statistics. We spoke to hundreds of people struggling to make ends meet, unemployed, homeless, middle class families that had dealt with financial devastation and the working poor.
I pitched, researched and produced the original story for TIME Magazine and TIME.com The overwhelming response from Joakim’s photo essay and Natasha’s podcast on TIME.com prompted us to expand the scope of the work by producing a book with Stiedl and our own American Realities multimedia website, including more photos, stories and the voices of people we interviewed.
